Scary Situation in Seaside of Vilano
We recently experienced a scary situation at the Seaside of Vilano. The condominium association notified us that a resident’s balcony had fallen. Fortunately, the owners were not hurt, even though they were out on the balcony when it started to fall. The Hardy Group Inc. responded by putting up temporary shoring to support the balcony and conducted an investigation to find out why it fell. We concluded that the reason for the incident is that the nails holding up the supports for the porch joists had become too rusted and could no longer carry the weight of the porch and residents.
The Hardy Group Inc. then determined how to remove the porch while still keeping our technicians safe. We accomplished that with no issues and completed the balcony repairs as well.
