Richard has nearly thirty years of experience in cost-effective design-build construction, value engineering and practical applications. He is certified throughout the state of Florida to build any type of building above ground, below ground, or across a waterway.
Operations Manager
Susan joined The Hardy Group in 2007. She provides overall assistance from permitting to project completion of construction projects ranging from less than $100K to $6 million. Susan assists in subcontracting of projects, bids and proposals for new or potential projects, the permitting process and tracking project profitability.

John manages the finance and accounting operations and oversees the day-to-day accounting on the various projects in our current portfolio. John is a founding member and director of the Jacksonville chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association, a nationwide organization of construction finance professionals.
ESTIMATOR AND PROJECT MANAGER
Guillermo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from St. Thomas University in Colombia and a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from Colombia’s National University. He has trained in the home inspection industry in Florida, in both new construction and re-sale inspecting. He joined The Hardy Group in 2006.

Mike is a graduate of Flagler College and has been a resident of St. Augustine for more than 25 years. Mike has an extensive background in new residential construction, home renovations, commercial facilities maintenance and waterproofing systems.

A lifelong resident of St. Augustine, Terry has over 38 years of experience in all aspects of the construction industry.
Extensive experience in renovation and restoration
